Villa June is located in the exclusive Rose Garden, in the Southwest of Cape Coral. The area is surrounded by palm trees and there is little traffic. Within walking distance of Tarpon Point Marina, where the Westin Hotel, Shops, Bars and Restaurants are located. The Rotary Park, which is equipped with a children's playground and Fitness Stations is also within walking distance. The quiet area is perfect for walking and jogging.
The Cape Coral Beach can be reached in a few minutes by car.
